Tasks

• Facilitation and Organizational Management of Project Teams
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Driving numerous improvement and development initiatives in the areas of controlling, accounting, and reporting
• Expansion and further development of the technical interfaces with the controlling system
• Assisting the CFO in preparing the business and corporate plan
• Establishment and Further Development of Risk Management
• Close collaboration with the controlling and reporting systems
• Regular Communication Among Boards, Oversight, and Audits

Requirements

• Experience in international M&A planning or due diligence in the context of a transaction
• Experience in building and leading a controlling team
• Experience in implementing an ERP system
• Experience in preparing a business plan and corporate plan
• Experience in process management
• Experience in developing business cases
• Experience in preparing reports
• Experience in creating presentations
• Experience in preparing analyses
• At least 5 years of professional experience in one of the following areas:
  • Business Development
  • M&A
  • Due Diligence
  • Management Accounting
