Head of Campus Learning & Development (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Develop and manage the campus's educational strategy in collaboration with senior management, aligned with the HR strategy, business priorities, and the ongoing development of job profiles
• Further development of an agile and high-performing campus organization in close collaboration with internal trainers, the competency teams, and the e-coaches
• Design and implementation of innovative learning formats such as in-person training, e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, or learning tools
• Responsibility for the continuing education program, including oversight of external partners and service providers
• Supporting strategic transformation initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous, self-directed learning
• Ensuring the effectiveness of learning programs using appropriate metrics, as well as continuously optimizing processes and programs

Requirements

• Several years of experience in supporting transformation processes and in change management
• Integrity, strong leadership, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders with a view to fostering a positive teamwork environment
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work
• A high level of self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to set priorities and effectively allocate various resources
• French as a native language; German at the C1 level and English at the B2 level
• Master's degree or training in educational management, pedagogy, or a comparable field
• Extensive experience in adult education and skills development
• Proven experience in team leadership, budget management, and project management
• Excellent knowledge of designing modern learning programs, working with LMS and e-learning platforms, and digital platforms such as Flipgrid and Microsoft Teams
• A strong understanding of the insurance or financial services industry and its regulatory environment
• Certification in project or change management is an asset
