COMPLIANCE MANAGER
TKB is seeking a Head of the Compliance Department who will be responsible for establishing, developing, and implementing the bank-wide compliance management system. The position involves the technical and managerial leadership of a department with 11 employees and requires several years of experience in a compliance role, preferably at a financial institution in Switzerland.

The position of Compliance Manager is available on an 80–100% basis. This is a full-time position.Your sphere of influence
- Overall responsibility for establishing, developing, and implementing the bank-wide compliance management system (including policies, processes, controls, and reporting) - Technical and personnel management of the central compliance department with 11 direct reports, including resource and budget planning - Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring timely implementation within the bank - Leading compliance projects - Close collaboration with senior management, the legal department, internal audit, and other units to ensure ongoing and ad hoc compliance with regulatory requirementsRequirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, business administration, banking, or finance; additional training in compliance is a plus
- Several years of experience in a compliance role, preferably at a financial institution in Switzerland
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for banks in Switzerland
- Strong problem-solving skills; high integrity; clear communication and a confident demeanor when interacting with executive management and the bank’s board of directors
- Excellent knowledge of German; and good knowledge of English
