Head of Controlling

Your tasks

• Responsibility for preparing and continuously developing financial reports for bank bodies and local supervisory bodies, as well as monthly evaluations of the balance sheet and income statement
• Performing complex business analyses and evaluations
• Responsibility for profitability calculations, scenario analyses, and simulations
• Assumption of responsibility for controlling reporting and interface with system partners
• Management of controlling-related projects
• Central contact person for questions regarding controlling, applications, and controlling systems
• Ongoing development of controlling applications and controlling indicators
• Coordination and operational management of controlling staff, as well as assumption of personnel responsibility and targeted promotion of employees

Our requirements

• Completed business studies (university, HF, HTL) or equivalent training
• Experience in a controlling function in a financial institution
• Very good understanding of the functions of a bank and its local regulatory requirements
• In-depth knowledge of business calculation and analysis methods
• Strong ability to communicate complex issues clearly and simply
• Very good knowledge of financial controlling, controlling Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Quick comprehension and strong analytical and intellectual thinking skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate changes at an early stage
