Tasks

Technical, organizational and personnel management of the Credit Office team
Second decisions on loan applications, approvals and quality controls
Responsibility for credit portfolio management
Creation of reports and evaluations for internal/external departments

Profile

Completed banking apprenticeship
Several years of experience in the credit sector, ideally in a managerial role
Experience in dealing with audit requirements (e.g. revisions)
Independent, structured way of working and high sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
Knowledge of Finna an advantage
