Clientis Biene Bank im Rheintal is looking for a committed and structured personality as Head of Credit Office (80-100%) for its head office in Altstätten to take over the personnel, organizational and technical management of the Credit Office. The position offers a versatile and responsible role with creative freedom in a collegial environment.

Tasks
- Cooperation with auditing, project teams and management
- Monitoring of credit dossiers, limits, collateral and pledged items
- Data maintenance in Finnova and notifications to authorities
Profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in the credit sector, ideally in a managerial role
- Experience in dealing with audit requirements (e.g. revisions)
- Independent, structured way of working and high sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
- Knowledge of Finnova an advantage
