About the job

Zürcher Kantonalbank's Custody Client Advisory team ensures that our fast-growing and diversified portfolio of global custody and private label fund clients - including pension funds, insurance companies, funds, investment foundations, high net worth individuals (HNWI) and banks - receive first-class service on a daily basis.

Your tasks

• Managing and coaching a motivated and successful team consisting of eight specialists
• Our services, processes and systems in the area of global custody
• Close cooperation and coordination with peers and expert teams from the partner areas of sales, onboarding, reporting and project management.

Your profile

• Higher education, ideally a degree from a university of applied sciences (FH) or university
• Experienced leader with several years of expertise in Global Custody / PLF; in-depth knowledge of investment reporting, ESG and securities accounting is a plus
• Confident and convincing appearance with excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills, especially in front of decision-makers
• Holistic understanding of the interrelationships and dependencies of our services and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
• Structured and precise way of working, combined with a high degree of independence and strong team orientation
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to pursue ambitious goals
• High motivation and flexibility to achieve excellent results even under demanding conditions
• Very good language skills in German and French both orally and in writing, English an advantage
