HEAD OF DATA MANAGEMENT AND AI

Job description

Your responsibilities include:

• to be the central point of contact for data management and AI
• be responsible for the day-to-day operation and further development of TBK's data fabric
• develop the roadmap for data engineering and data science applications and align it with the business units
• to support the departments in the conceptual and technical design and implementation of machine learning and AI solutions
• to serve as the key interface with the IT department and to coordinate the necessary development and operation of the data fabric

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• a degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field, with a strong interest in data and AI
• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering and data governance
• Experience with the implementation and/or operation of data fabric architectures
• strong expertise in data engineering and data governance, data science methods and tools, as well as SQL and Python
• Expertise in methods and solutions, combined with the ability to tackle complex challenges
• Enthusiasm, joy, and the confidence to support our teams on their journey and exceed expectations
