Head of Property and Inheritance Law, 80–100% position, starting immediately

Tasks

• Leadership and overall responsibility for the property and inheritance law team (in terms of facts, personnel, and organization)
• Further development and implementation of the business strategy in the specialist area
• Employee support and development
• Representing the division in internal and external committees
• Further development of processes and customer interactions (e.g., digital self-service offerings) and helping to shape the market presence in the specialist area
• Active interface management and participation in cross-departmental projects
• Joint responsibility for structures, processes, products, and services

Requirements

• Master's degree in law and many years of professional experience with broad general legal knowledge
• Lawyer's license is an advantage
• Excellent expertise in inheritance law
• Experience with internal processes
• Several years of experience in customer service and handling the execution of wills
• Very good, confident knowledge of German and English
