Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a head of the Property and Inheritance Law team who will take on leadership and overall responsibility for the team and further develop the business strategy in this specialist area. This is a full-time position and can be filled immediately.
Job description
Head of Property and Inheritance Law, 80–100% position, starting immediatelyTasks
- Leadership and overall responsibility for the property and inheritance law team (in terms of facts, personnel, and organization)
- Further development and implementation of the business strategy in the specialist area
- Employee support and development
- Representing the division in internal and external committees
- Further development of processes and customer interactions (e.g., digital self-service offerings) and helping to shape the market presence in the specialist area
- Active interface management and participation in cross-departmental projects
- Joint responsibility for structures, processes, products, and services
Requirements
- Master's degree in law and many years of professional experience with broad general legal knowledge
- Lawyer's license is an advantage
- Excellent expertise in inheritance law
- Experience with internal processes
- Several years of experience in customer service and handling the execution of wills
- Very good, confident knowledge of German and English
