Head of Institutional Clients

Your tasks

• Ensuring active market coverage and positioning of Zürcher Kantonalbank in the Institutional Clients segment; promoting product innovations and ongoing services, internal
• Further development of the retail business within the Institutional Clients segment, including the acquisition of new clients
• Ensuring and optimizing customer- and segment-specific service approaches and advisory tools
• Support, coordination, and optimization of existing reporting processes; further development of ad hoc reports and creation of reports on an ad hoc basis
• Collaboration with the Business Strategy & Transformation division to further develop the Group
• Building networks and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders

Your profile

• A university degree (university, ETH), or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or economics, with a concentration in finance or a related field (e.g., marketing, sales, project management)
• Several years of experience in Capital Markets & Institutional Sales; experience in serving institutional clients (private equity, family offices, foundations)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong networking skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a high level of responsibility
• 10 years of experience in direct private banking with existing clients in the DACH region and/or international clients in the DACH region and/or an international client base
• Experience in the digitization of processes, particularly in consulting and risk management
• Experience in innovation and product management
• Experience in the areas of regulatory affairs, GRC, and compliance
• Readiness to Travel
• German: C1; English: C1; French: B2
