Tasks

- Developing and implementing an IT architecture strategy - Defining and enforcing architecture guidelines and standards - Establishing sustainable complexity management - Optimizing data-based IT architecture - Maintaining cooperation with decentralized system architects and establishing a "community of practice" for IT architecture - Maintaining and creating space for a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

- University degree in computer science or a comparable field, additional business administration qualification (e.g., MBA) an advantage - Sound banking knowledge, preferably in a universal bank - Several years of experience in IT architecture at enterprise level - Several years of management experience - Background in modern software development - You impress with your ability to develop and communicate strategies and with your assertiveness - Strong stakeholder management skills - Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
