Job description: Head of IT User Service

Your tasks

• With the helpdesk, you ensure the central point of contact and, together with your team, ensure the optimal use of hardware and software as well as network and communication technologies, make the necessary arrangements with colleagues and jointly manage the first and second workstations.
• Control of client management with installation and maintenance of complex workstation systems, peripherals and mobile devices as well as their software and security settings.
• Ensure central authorization management, in particular the processes Created, Transfer and Exit are handled securely and quickly.
• Close cooperation with the services and IT solutions to ensure efficient and optimal use by our employees, active processing and communication of problems in the user service.
• Further development of the functional area, with a focus on innovations and individual solutions.

Our requirements

• Sound basic IT training (HFP, higher education) with extensive professional experience and knowledge of Microsoft business solutions.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexible, able to work under pressure and quick on the uptake.
• Knowledge of banking is an advantage.
• Service-oriented, balanced and analytical personality with management experience.
• Evaluation of standard software and individual applications in the context of the workplace infrastructure.
