Your tasks
- With the helpdesk, you provide the central point of contact and work with your team to resolve hardware, software, network and communication faults, coordinating internal and external specialists if necessary
- Control of client management with installation and maintenance of complex workstation systems, peripheral devices and mobile devices as well as their software and security updates
- Ensuring central authorization management, in particular the processes for creating, checking and deactivating all applications
- Orientation of the service and IT solutions towards efficient and optimal use by our employees, adventure, communication, innovative solutions and individual requirements
- Evaluation of standard software and individual application software in the context of the workplace infrastructure
Our requirements
- Sound basic IT training (HFP, higher education or many years of professional experience) and knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix infrastructure
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible, resilient and quick on the uptake
- Knowledge of banking is an advantage
- IT or service-oriented, balanced and analytical
- Very good knowledge of German
