St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a Head of IT Governance and Third-Party Risk Management to further develop operational IT and third-party risk management processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Information is the beating heart of our bank. We provide the operational support to make it all work. At this smartest of all banks, we handle IT procurement and third-party risk management (TPRM), IT controlling, and IT governance.Your tasks
- Lead/Contribute to the conceptual development of our operational IT and third-party risk management processes
- Ensure the professional procurement of IT equipment and services
- IT Governance: You ensure that purchasing and controlling procedures are followed and lay the groundwork for compliance and the internal control system (ICS)
- IT Controlling: You keep costs under control, ensure that expenditures are justified, prepare analyses and reports, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Performance Controlling: You measure the quality of internal and external processes and provide management with the information needed to make decisions about optimizations
What you bring with you
- You have experience in procurement, IT third-party risk management, compliance, and internal control
- Experience in controlling or financial accounting will not only help you advance, but also take you further
- Financial expertise is a key part of your skill set and professional background; you demonstrate this through your experience with cost and revenue accounting
- You also have a solid understanding of and enjoy actively managing internal and external processes
- You are highly self-motivated and have a keen sense for business
- You have earned a degree in business informatics, business, or law/taxation
