Head of Credit Analysis & Processing

Tasks

Your responsibilities include:

• Personnel and Technical Management of the Credit Analysis & Processing Team
• Analysis and approval of loan applications within one's own authority, as well as submission of applications to the higher-level approving authority
• Point of contact for customer service representatives regarding technical questions
• Participation in expert and decision-making bodies (including the Credit Committee) and projects
• Helping to shape credit processes and guidelines in the lending business
• Development and Delivery of Training Programs

Your profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Completed banking training with continuing education in business administration
• In-depth knowledge of lending to corporate clients
• Several years of experience in analyzing mortgage transactions
• Strong skills in analyzing, assessing, and making decisions regarding credit risks
• Respectful leadership, clear communication, and a structured approach to work
• Ideally, knowledge of the Finnova banking application
