Customer Support Manager (m/f/d)
Vaudoise is seeking a Customer Support Manager (m/f/d) for its general agency in southeastern Switzerland in Chur, Switzerland, to lead a team of six employees and be responsible for the support organization. The position requires several years of experience in the insurance industry and leadership experience, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Tasks
Your diverse tasks:- You will lead a team of six employees and bear overall responsibility for the support organization of the general agency.
- You actively support sales, both for our own sales force and for agency brokers.
- You will be responsible for claims management at the general agency and ensure efficient processing.
- By participating in specialist and management seminars, you ensure that the knowledge and skills within your team are always up to date.
Requirements
Your profile:- You have several years of experience in the insurance industry and ideally hold a federal certificate or insurance diploma.
- You are a dynamic, forward-thinking leader and have already worked successfully in a management position for several years.
- You stand out thanks to your ability to lead, coach, and continuously develop your team.
- You have strong organizational skills and can keep track of things and remain calm even in hectic situations.
