Customer Support Manager (m/f/d)

Vaudoise is seeking a Customer Support Manager (m/f/d) for its general agency in southeastern Switzerland, who will lead a team of six employees and assume overall responsibility for the support organization. The position requires several years of experience in the insurance industry and leadership experience, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Tasks

You will lead a team of six employees and have overall responsibility for the general agency's support organization. Your diverse tasks will include:
  • Sales support, both for our own sales force and for agency brokers
  • Responsibility for claims management at the general agency and ensuring efficient processing
  • Participation in specialist and management seminars to keep your team's knowledge and skills up to date

Requirements

Your profile should meet the following requirements:
  • Several years of experience in the insurance industry and, ideally, a federal certificate or insurance diploma
  • Experience in a leadership role and the ability to lead, coach, and continuously develop your team
  • Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview and remain calm even in hectic situations
