What you can expect

You will lead, develop, and coach a team of three customer advisors and promote a service-oriented, motivating team culture. You will be responsible for the full-time, indirect management, methodological competence, and training of trainees and will ensure that processes and services in the private banking sector are carried out in accordance with specifications. You will represent the bank and welcome customers at the welcome desk. Your main tasks will include handling customer service at the cash desk (deposits and withdrawals, change) as well as cash deposits (CHF and foreign currencies) and operating the cash counting and sorting machine. - You will plan findings, news, and new customers, as well as coordinate marketing activities and forward them to the appropriate departments in the event of external interest.
