What you can expect

• You will lead, develop, and coach a team of three customer service representatives and foster a service-oriented, motivating team culture.
• You are responsible for the day-to-day management, onboarding, continuing education, and training of trainees, and you ensure that the quality of service and advice is maintained in the Private Banking sector.
• You represent the bank and greet customers at the Welcome Desk.
• Your main responsibilities will include handling customer service at the cash desk (deposits, withdrawals, and change), processing cash deposits (CHF and foreign currencies), and managing the ATMs.
• You enjoy working with new clients and managing existing client relationships, and referring them to the appropriate departments when they express interest.
