What you can expect

• You will lead, develop, and coach a team of three course specialists and foster a service-oriented, motivating team culture at the operational level.
• You are responsible for providing students with the necessary facilities, infrastructure, and logistical support, and you ensure that the Head of the Private Clients Division and members of the Executive Board receive the support they need.
• You will represent the bank and greet customers at the Welcome Desk.
• Your main responsibilities will include handling customer service at the cash desk (cash and credit transactions), processing cash deposits (in CHF and foreign currencies), and managing login credentials.
• It processes financial data, news, and new customer information, as well as internal controlling and reporting systems, and forwards them to the appropriate departments if there is interest.
• Customer service also benefits greatly from on-the-job training, as you’ll be introducing customers to the digital channels and helping them with any questions they may have.

What you bring with you

• Your vocational training in banking has given you a solid foundation.
• You have several years of experience in customer service and strong leadership and management skills.
• You enjoy working with people and are passionate about leading and developing your team.
• Every day, you put your in-depth knowledge of products and services, as well as retail banking, to the test and shared it with others.
