Head of Customer Service & Direct Sales
Schwyzer Kantonalbank is seeking a Head of Customer Service and Direct Sales to lead the department with up to 35 employees and drive forward the digital transformation of customer service. The position is based at the head office in Schwyz and requires a 80-100% commitment.
Tasks
- Management and development of the Customer Service & Direct Sales department with teams working in inbound/outbound, sales support, and digital bank support (up to 35 employees) - Personal management of three customer center managers - Strategic planning and implementation of initiatives for the digitalization of customer interactions and services - Development and implementation of measures to optimize workflows and processes through digital solutions - Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem solving - Ongoing identification of customer needs, technologies, trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market - Contributing your expertise to exciting projects at SZKBRequirements
- Higher business education or training, ideally with a focus on banking and finance
- Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer and service orientation
