Tasks

• Head and Managing Director of the Buchs branch.
• Managed a staff of 34 (including part-time employees).
• Head of the Private Banking and Corporate Banking Team at the Buchs Market Center.
• Be responsible for establishing and further developing the branch.
• Leading the bank's strategic planning and objectives in the market area and ensuring the team's success.
• Management and responsibility for the Buchs site.
• Supporting the development of processes for responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and insurance-related matters.
• Support in the areas of acquisition, analysis, customer-specific dedication, direct research, customer relationship management, and the restructuring of market centers, which are developed to meet specific market and customer needs.
• Manage the branch office (CH); plan and promote the development and professional growth of management and staff to ensure that the Buchs region is well-positioned to meet future challenges.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree, or ideally a master's degree, with professional experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the industry and the market, along with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
• Extensive product and market knowledge in private banking and corporate banking.
• Extensive leadership experience and a strong understanding of management.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic manner.
• Independent, persuasive, and engaging communication.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and self-directed teams.
