Branch Manager (80–100%)
St. Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a manager for its branch in St. Gallen-Neufeld who will take charge of the branch and represent the bank in public relations. The position is for 80–100% of full-time hours and requires in-depth banking expertise, organizational experience, and strong communication skills.
Tasks
You are actively involved in labor market and business policy matters in St. Gallen (e.g., at public events and functions) and represent the bank in public relations.Requirements
- You have a solid foundation in banking with relevant additional training.
- You have organizational experience and are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have several years of experience advising and communicating with clients, as well as in-depth knowledge of the investment and retirement planning business.
- You are a team player and have a good understanding of internal bank, cantonal, and cooperative contexts.
- You have a good understanding of regional and local market trends.
