We are looking for a Branch Manager for our branch in St. Gallen-Neufeld. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team and ensuring that we consistently meet our customers’ needs by putting them first.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• A solid foundation in banking, supplemented by relevant continuing education
• Training to become a watchmaker or in a dream career, combined with strong social skills and a knack for effective communication
• Several years of experience advising clients and working with them, as well as in-depth knowledge of investments
• You enjoy engaging with customers and tackling challenging projects on a daily basis, you work independently, and you have prior experience in sales and order processing
• A good understanding of regional and local market structures
