Branch Manager, Bad Ragaz (80–100%)

St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a manager for its branch in Bad Ragaz who will lead a team and serve as the point of contact for customers. The position is for 80–100% of full-time hours and offers an attractive work-life balance as well as various additional benefits.

Tasks

- You will serve as the new point of contact for customers at our branch, drawing on your experience. - You are actively involved in the economic and social life of Bad Ragaz (public events, functions, etc.) and represent the bank in the community.

Requirements

  • You have advanced training in social sciences or business administration, or several years of experience.
  • You have many years of experience in the financial services industry, and thanks to your strong interpersonal skills, you have the potential to lead a team.
  • You have several years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in retail and corporate banking, or you already have experience in marketing/sales.
  • You are outgoing, service-oriented, and stand out for your ability to tailor our bank’s sales and marketing tools to specific target groups and successfully implement them.
  • You have a good understanding of regional and local market conditions.
