Tasks

You serve as the point of contact for bank customers and maintain close relationships with them. You actively participate in the economic and social life of the Mittelland region (public events, functions, etc.) and represent the bank in public.

Requirements

• You have a college degree or are already working in the banking sector
• You have many years of leadership experience, and thanks to your strong interpersonal skills, you are a key contributor to your team’s success in your current role.
• You focus on numbers, facts, and “hard facts,” and your communication and behavior are geared toward results and customer satisfaction
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and are a talented communicator—direct and business-minded—but you also have a sense of humor, are loyal, and fully identify with our corporate culture
• They have strong connections within the regional and local business communities
