Pension Fund Manager
SWISSGRID is seeking an experienced professional in Zurich to provide operational support to executive management and manage the company’s pension fund. The position involves responsibilities in financial accounting, project management, and supporting digitalization and change processes.
Your tasks
- Support for and Operational Relief for Management
- Submitting draft decisions for Commission meetings and following up on resolutions
- Assistance with technical and administrative management as well as financial accounting
- Project and process management; design and oversight of projects aimed at further developing supply chain processes and advancing digitalization
Your profile
- A completed degree in business administration or law, or equivalent education (BSc, BFM, MA/MSc)
- Several years of proven experience (preferably including leadership experience) in the field of occupational pension plans
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss pension and social security law
- Experience in pension fund administration and financial accounting
- Experience in facilitating change processes and projects
- Experience with DAS or MAB pension fund management
- Experience in supporting implementation projects and in controlling
