• Personnel management of a department with 18 business engineers, product owners and project managers
• Head of Portfolio & Project Management Basic Banking

Your profile

• University degree in business informatics, engineering, business administration or a comparable subject, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
• Several years of experience in project and program management in the financial industry
• Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams
• Leadership qualities and the ability to promote an open and innovative team culture
• Analytical, strategic and networked thinking
• Experience with agile methods (e.g. SAFe)
• Strong communication skills in German and confidence in dealing with different management approaches
• Familiarity with cross-departmental collaboration and complex stakeholder management
