Your profile
- University degree in business informatics, engineering, business administration or a comparable subject, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
- Several years of experience in project and program management in the financial industry
- Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams
- Leadership qualities and the ability to promote an open and innovative team culture
- Analytical, strategic and networked thinking
- Experience with agile methods (e.g. SAFe)
- Strong communication skills in German and confidence in dealing with different management approaches
- Familiarity with cross-departmental collaboration and complex stakeholder management
