Requirements

What you bring to the table: - A solid background in banking or business administration (lic. oec. HSG / FH) with additional professional development, - Extensive experience in advising and acquiring high-net-worth clients, - Demonstrable leadership experience in private banking or a comparable environment, combined with a clear commitment to leadership and quality standards, - Confident demeanor, strong closing skills, and the ability to present clear arguments even to discerning individuals, - Strategic vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to clearly structure complex issues and implement sophisticated solutions, - Strong advisory expertise in the market area, as well as the motivation to expand this expertise in a targeted manner and utilize it sustainably.
