Requirements

- A solid background in banking or business administration (university / university of applied sciences / MBA) with additional professional development. - Extensive experience in advising and managing high-net-worth clients. - Demonstrable leadership experience in private banking or a comparable environment, combined with a clear commitment to excellence and quality. - Confident demeanor, strong closing skills, and the ability to interact with discerning individuals on an equal footing. - Strategic vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to clearly structure complex issues and implement them in a goal-oriented manner. - Experience leading teams in both market and retail banking, as well as the motivation to expand this expertise strategically and leverage it sustainably.
