As an entrepreneurially minded leader, actively shape the future of the business and drive sustainable development for our Private Banking division in St. Margreth - Consistently position Market Private Banking as a representative entity both internally and externally, and as a credible bridge within the regional network - Build a performance-oriented team, develop talent strategically, and establish a culture based on trust, excellence, and sustainable success

Requirements

• Solid background in banking or business administration (B.A. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen or a university of applied sciences, with additional professional training)
• Extensive experience in serving and attracting high-net-worth clients
• Demonstrable leadership experience in private banking or a comparable field, combined with a clear commitment to excellence and quality
• A confident demeanor, strong closing skills, and the ability to interact with demanding individuals on an equal footing
• Strategic vision, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to clearly organize complex issues and implement sophisticated solutions
• A strong, well-established network within the market, as well as the motivation to actively develop and expand it
