Requirements

• Solid background in banking or business administration (vocational school or university of applied sciences with additional training)
• Extensive experience in advising and managing high-net-worth clients
• Demonstrable leadership experience in private banking or a comparable field, combined with a clear commitment to excellence and quality
• A confident demeanor, strong closing skills, and the ability to handle even challenging personalities
• Strategic vision, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to clearly organize complex issues and implement them in a goal-oriented manner
• A strong, professional network in the market area, as well as the motivation to actively expand it and make consistent use of it
