Head of Private Banking

Tasks

To further develop our private banking operations in St. Margreth, we are looking for a leader who takes charge, drives innovation, and:

• actively shape the business opportunities and challenges of the future and provide impetus for their own organization,
• Confidently represent the private banking market both internally and externally and position it as a credible player within the regional network,
• Build a high-performing team, set and achieve goals, and establish a culture based on trust, excellence, and sustainable success.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• Solid background in banking or business administration (B.A. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen or a university of applied sciences, with additional professional training),
• Many years of experience in providing support and advice to high-net-worth clients,
• Demonstrable leadership experience in private banking or a comparable field, combined with a clear commitment to excellence and quality,
• Confident demeanor, a proven ability to close deals, and the capacity to interact with demanding individuals on an equal footing,
• Strategic vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to clearly organize complex topics and communicate them effectively,
• Experience in building and managing a performance-oriented network within the market area, as well as the motivation to expand it strategically and utilize it effectively over the long term.
