Tasks

- Actively shape the business aspects of the firm’s future and drive sustainable organizational and process development - Confidently represent the private banking market both internally and externally, and position yourself as a credible figure within the regional network - Build a performance-driven team, develop talent strategically, and establish a culture based on trust, excellence, and sustainable success

Requirements

- Solid background in banking or business administration (LL.B. / Bachelor of Business Administration / IHK) with additional professional development - Extensive experience in client management and business development for high-net-worth clients - Demonstrable leadership experience in private banking or a comparable environment, combined with a clear commitment to excellence and quality - Confident demeanor, strong closing skills, and the ability to interact with discerning individuals on an equal footing - Strategic vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to clearly structure complex topics and communicate them in a manner tailored to the target audience - Excellent communication and collaboration skills within the market team, as well as the motivation to develop these skills further and utilize them effectively over the long term
