Requirements

• Solid background in banking or business administration (Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences or a university, with additional professional training)
• Extensive experience in managing and attracting high-net-worth clients and/or
• Demonstrable leadership experience in private banking or a comparable field, combined with a clear commitment to excellence and quality
• Excellent track record, strong closing skills, and the ability to handle even the most demanding clients
• Strategic vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to clearly organize and tackle complex issues
• A strong, professional network in the market area, as well as the motivation to expand and strengthen it in a targeted manner
