Head of Private Banking (80–100%), St. Margrethen / Rhine Valley For our clients, we are their bank of choice. • Confidently represent the private banking market both internally and externally and position it as a credible player within the regional network,
• Build a high-performing team, develop talent in a targeted manner, and establish a culture based on trust, excellence, and sustainable success.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• Solid background in banking or business administration (lic. o. FH / IHK) with additional professional development,
• Extensive experience in advising and managing high-net-worth clients,
• Demonstrable leadership experience in private banking or a comparable field, combined with a clear commitment to excellence and quality,
• Confident demeanor, a strong capacity for abstract thinking, and the ability to interact with demanding individuals on an equal footing,
• Strategic vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to clearly organize complex topics and communicate them effectively,
• Experience in leading a market team, as well as the motivation to expand it strategically and leverage it effectively over the long term.
