Tasks

• You will ensure the sustainable implementation of our business strategy within your area of responsibility.
• You foster personal responsibility and the continuous development of your team by delegating responsibility, building trust, and providing active coaching.
• You’ll work with the team to plan systematic change initiatives designed to drive success. Through targeted thematic events, you’ll help the locations advance their market positioning.
• Your actions reflect your commitment to putting customers first and providing comprehensive advice.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of management experience in the banking and finance sector
• A completed degree (university/ETH, university of applied sciences, vocational college) in banking, finance, sales, or leadership
• German (business fluent)
