Head of Private Clients (80–100%)
St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a manager for the private client team at its Altstätten branch, who will be responsible for planning the maintenance and development of client relationships and serving as a skilled liaison between advisors and client segments. The position is a full-time role (80–100%) and offers competitive compensation, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth.
Tasks
- You will be responsible for maintaining and developing new customer relationships.
- You actively participate in the region’s economic and business life (public events, functions, etc.).
- You serve as the expert liaison between the advisors* in the initial consultation phase and receptive client segments (e.g., SMEs, private banking).
- You are a living example of consulting expertise and demonstrate a strong commitment to our corporate culture.
Requirements
- Completed training in business administration or economics, or several years of experience in customer service and relationship management or in a related field
- You have a strong affinity for digital solutions and are comfortable working with new technologies.
- You’ve recognized your strengths as an employee and a motivator when it comes to shared goals, and you’re a seasoned team player.
- You have leadership experience and have occasionally served as a team leader or held a trainee position with significant responsibilities.
- You consistently impress with your confident demeanor, self-assurance, and organizational skills.
- You are capable of delivering results and are willing to take responsibility for yourself and your team.
