Your tasks

• Operational management of the Private Clients segment including management of the regional heads of Private Clients with a focus on improving performance and achieving targets in the teams
• Continuous monitoring of market trends and customer needs and derivation of measures to strengthen the market position
• Responsibility for operational management of the relevant KPIs (customer activity, volume, revenue) and deriving measures to achieve targets
• Important link between the regions and divisional management - ensuring a smooth flow of information and efficient implementation of initiatives
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments (Business Development Private and Corporate Clients, Sales Management, Risk, Compliance)

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in a management function in the private client business, ideally at segment or regional management level
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing decentralized teams
• High goal and result orientation, paired with implementation strength
• Entrepreneurial thinking, combined with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
• High social competence, empathy and assertiveness
