Your tasks

• Strategic management of a family of 5 products to secure competitive advantages and achieve market penetration
• Strategy Development, Roadmap Management, Maximizing Revenue and Cost Efficiency
• Further development and optimization of processes, expansion of the product portfolio, and strategic responsibility for a product family at Zürcher Kantonalbank
• Join our leadership team in product management for the investment and retirement business and play an active role in shaping the future of Zürcher Kantonalbank’s investment business
• Managing and Prioritizing the Product and Channel Portfolio
• Growth and Profitability
• Coordinating cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Value Creation

Your Profiles

• A bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or Business Information Systems, supplemented by professional certification such as CFA or CI
• Extensive leadership experience in the financial sector, with a focus on wealth management/equity, asset management, and advisory services
• In-depth understanding of sales packaging, investment advice, and relationship management
• Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions for complex financial products, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong skills in strategy, customer insight, profitability, and regulatory requirements, combined into a compelling concept
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, as well as the ability to structure problems, set clear priorities, and define concrete solutions
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor; empathetic and able to engage with C-level stakeholders
