Tasks

• Management of selected process improvement initiatives
• Responsibility for the business & process architecture of the entire bank
• Ensuring a consistent, bank-wide process landscape
• Sparring partner and challenger for specialist departments and the entire organization in the analysis, design and documentation of processes
• Development of standards, methods and tools for efficient process management
• Close cooperation with management, specialist departments and other stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent (Master's level, preferably in business administration, business informatics or organization)
• Several years of experience in process management at a universal bank or in a consulting environment (financial services)
• Very good general understanding of the process landscape of a universal bank
• First management experience
• Strong analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented skills
• Ability to challenge organizational units, initiate change processes and at the same time constructively promote them
• High degree of initiative, quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills across all hierarchical levels
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
