Head of Risk Management, Finance & Controlling

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for risk management, finance, and controlling, as well as their strategic development
• Development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of risk strategies, guidelines, and processes
• Ensuring effective risk management, including cybersecurity and business continuity management
• Monitoring and implementation of legal and regulatory requirements
• Management and coordination of key projects in the areas of responsibility
• Responsibility for the internal control system, process management, and the system of instructions
• Professional and personal leadership and development of a small team (2 employees)
• Interface and direct reporting to the Head of Operations/Chief Risk Officer (member of the Executive Board) and close cooperation with the entire Executive Board

Your profile

• Completed degree, ideally with a focus on risk management or finance
• At least 5 years of management experience in a comparable position within the financial sector
• Entrepreneurial, action-oriented personality who enjoys creative freedom and has a strong hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Convincing and assertive personality with strong organizational skills
• Business activity is defined as working in a small, dynamic organization with a high degree of personal responsibility.
