Tasks

• Management of the Sales & Marketing Processes team, currently with two employees
• Effective design of our sales and marketing processes across all channels, as well as the development and implementation of measures in the areas of processes, operating models, technologies, and change management
• Contribute to strategic ambition work in the area of marketing and sales
• Management of projects in the department & active stakeholder management
• Close collaboration with internal departments (sales units, sales, marketing, data analytics, and others)

Requirements

• University degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
• At least 8 years of experience in banking sales, including digital channels, and ideally in a sales or marketing environment
• Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams
• Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, as well as strong conceptual and analytical skills and methodological expertise
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in agile methods
• High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
• High motivation, flexibility and initiative
• Strong communication skills in German and a confident manner
