Head of Tax Consulting

Job description

The position as Head of Tax Consulting includes the following tasks:

• Technical, personnel, and success-oriented management of the tax consulting department
• Supporting management in tax law matters; customer-oriented tax consulting
• Instruction and coaching of employees on complex issues and in the processing of files
• Active support of customer acquisition in cooperation with front office departments
• Support and guidance for clients in complex tax cases and special topics
• Responsibility for quality assurance and continuous development of tax consulting services
• Active interface management and participation in cross-departmental projects
• Management and development of tax specialists and employees in various positions in tax consulting

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Higher professional training in taxation or fiduciary services (e.g., certified tax expert/tax advisor) or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in tax consulting, tax administration, trust services, or banking
• In-depth expertise in taxation for individuals (Switzerland)
• Experience in customer service and in developing customer relationships
• Affinity for digitalization and the digitalization of business processes
• Very good, stylish knowledge of German and English
