Head of Tax Consulting

Tasks

• Technical, personnel, and success-oriented management of the tax consulting department
• Further development of comprehensive, customer-oriented tax consulting
• Supporting and coaching employees in complex issues and in customer consulting
• Active support of customer acquisition in cooperation with the front offices
• Guiding and supporting clients and internal stakeholders in challenging tax cases and special topics
• Responsibility for quality assurance and continuous development of tax consulting services
• Active interface management and participation in cross-departmental projects
• Head of the department for further development and positioning of tax consulting

Requirements

• Higher professional education in taxation or fiduciary services (e.g., certified tax expert, fiduciary, certified public accountant) with several years of professional experience in tax consulting, tax administration, fiduciary services, or banking
• In-depth expertise in taxation for individuals (Switzerland)
• Experience in customer service and in developing customer relationships
• Affinity for acquisition and recognizing business potential
• Very good, stylistically confident German and English skills
