Head of Systematic Mandates & Innovation (Multi-Asset) 100% | Asset Management / Portfolio Management | Zurich | Experienced professionals with personnel responsibility

Your tasks

• Strategic management and further development of the Systematic Mandate & Innovation division at Multi-Asset Solutions
• Overall responsibility for systematic multi-asset mandates, strategic asset allocation (SAA), rule-based allocation solutions, and protection strategies
• Further development of asset allocation models, digitalization, and investment processes
• Identification of market, technology, and innovation trends in systematic asset management
• Development, implementation, and scaling of new systematic investment strategies and products
• Representing ZKB as a thought leader in the field of systematic multi-asset and quantitative investment processes

Your profile

• Master's or PhD degree in finance, mathematics, physics, economics, data science, or related disciplines
• Relevant professional experience with a proven track record as a quantitative portfolio manager
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Deep understanding of quantitative investment models, risk models, portfolio construction, and optimization
• Experience with quantitative models, machine learning, signal processing, and automation
• High affinity for technology and in-depth programming skills (especially Python & SQL)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong focus on implementation, and strategic foresight
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills; team language is German
• Excellent network in the Swiss asset management and quant community
