Head of the Tax Registers Team (80–100%)
Baumann & Cie is seeking a manager for the Tax Registers team who will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations in the area of tax reporting and will oversee tax reporting within the bank. The position requires a completed business apprenticeship, several years of professional experience at a bank, and the ability to familiarize oneself with tax registers as well as MiKaDiv and FASTER.
Tasks
- Tax Directory Administration (Processing/Responding to Inquiries/Clarifications, Orders)
- Managing tax production in close collaboration with the department head and the external service provider (reviewing tax records, collaborating with service providers, correcting production errors)
- Developing the bank's internal implementation of MiKaDiv and FASTER in collaboration with the entire department, IT, and any external service providers
Requirements
- Completed business training or equivalent basic training, and several years of professional experience at a bank, preferably in the area of tax reporting
- Willingness to continuously familiarize yourself with tax directories and MiKaDiv/FASTER and to take on challenging tasks
- Quick learner, able to handle high-pressure situations, and highly motivated, as well as the ability to think and act in an organized manner
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- You enjoy working with numbers and like to work independently, with precision, on time, and with attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others and in a team; reliable, discreet, and dedicated
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
