Head of the Tax Registers Team
Baumann & Cie is seeking a manager for the Tax Lists team who will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations in the area of tax reporting and will oversee tax reporting within the bank. The position requires a completed business apprenticeship, several years of professional experience at a bank, and very good German and English language skills.
Tasks
- Tax Directory Administration (Processing/Responding to Inquiries/Clarifications, Orders)
- Manage tax data production in close collaboration with the department head and the external service provider (reviewing tax records, collaborating with the service provider, correcting production errors)
- Developing the bank's internal implementation of MiKaDiv and FASTER in collaboration with the entire department, IT, and any external service providers
Requirements
- You have completed a business or equivalent basic training program and have several years of professional experience at a bank, preferably in the area of tax reporting
- You are willing to continuously familiarize yourself with tax directories and MiKaDiv/FASTER, and you enjoy taking on challenging tasks
- You are known for your quick grasp of new concepts, high resilience, dedication, and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action come naturally to you
- You enjoy working with numbers and like to work independently, accurately, on time, and with attention to detail
- You value teamwork and interacting with people, and you are reliable, discreet, and committed.
- You are fluent in spoken and written German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Workload: Due to seasonal fluctuations, you can expect a busy period with a high number of hours in the first half of the year, while working hours will be correspondingly lower in the second half of the year
