Job description: Head of Trading & Execution

Your tasks

• Management, promotion and further development of a team of three capable and committed employees
• Strategic alignment of our trading and STP and non-STP trading processes
• Securities management in all asset classes (incl. foreign exchange & physical precious metals) for Private Banking, Institutional Business and our internal platforms
• Handling of non-standardized securities orders
• Ensuring the bank-supported and connected external trading and execution systems in securities trading
• Advising internal clients on trading issues and reviewing trading-related documents (third-party banks, brokers, product providers) as well as maintaining and expanding our internal network
• Expansion and assumption of responsibility for the Trading division and optimization of the trading platforms

Our requirements

• Degree in banking or business administration (university, university of applied sciences, university of applied sciences or equivalent)
• Sound knowledge of investment, securities and trading law, ideally with experience in foreign exchange trading
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and an in-depth understanding of securities and trading processes in the banking environment
• Experience with market information systems (e.g. Bloomberg)
• High financial market affinity, regulatory know-how and entrepreneurial expertise
• Trustworthy, dynamic personality with strong organizational skills, strong network and excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and English (fluent)
