Head of Trading & Execution

Your tasks

• Management, promotion and further development of a team of three senior employees
• Strategic orientation and management of the STP and non-STP securities department in all asset classes (incl. foreign exchange & physical precious metals for private banking, banks and corporate clients as well as innovative investment solutions)
• Handling of non-standardized securities orders
• Ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory requirements in securities trading
• Advising internal customers on trading issues and conducting trade-oriented training courses
• Active interface function to internal specialist departments (third-party banks, brokers, producers) as well as maintenance and expansion of our network

Our requirements

• Degree in banking or business administration (university, university of applied sciences, university of applied sciences or equivalent)
• Sound knowledge of investment, securities and trade processing with several years of professional experience in trade processing
• Experience with market information systems (e.g. Bloomberg)
• High level of financial market and regulatory know-how and entrepreneurial billing experience
• Trustworthy, dynamic personality with strong organizational skills, strong network and excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and English (fluent)
